Broker/Owner, Duane Blackwell, has spent the majority of his professional life gaining EXPERTISE & KNOWLEDGE in all three of those areas. Born and raised is Southern Harrison County he appreciates small town living but has big city ideas.

Broker/Owner Duane Blackwell doesn’t just limit his knowledge and expertise to selling real estate. He has had a passion for the DESIGN/BUILD process for years. In his early professional career he found himself working for two local architectural firms. Over those years, combined with his college education, he was taught the construction design process, eventually focusing specifically on Custom Residential Blueprint Design. In the year 2004 he started his very own Blueprint Design Firm.
